JLP Invest is the controller of the processing described below.

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message are used to reply to you. They reach us by email, in a mailbox hosted by Google (Gmail), and are kept for 1 year. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your requests, or steps prior to a contract.
  • Technical and anti-spam logs: IP address, browser and requested pages, as well as the content of messages rejected as spam, are used to secure the site. They are kept for 3 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the site.
  • Bookings: these are made on the website of our partner Reservit, which processes your data under its own policy. Our general booking conditions apply.
  • Google Maps: the map only loads if you click “Show the map”. Google then receives your IP address and browsing data, and may process them outside the European Union.
  • Google reviews: the names and photos shown are those their authors made public on Google. They are served from our site, without passing your data to Google.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Matomo, hosted by us. Statistics are anonymised, are not shared and are not used for advertising or to follow you on other sites. Measurement cookies last 13 months at most, and data 25 months at most. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring traffic. You can object here:
